All services are designed to support well-being, personal growth, and relaxation.

 Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance.

Payment is required prior to your session or as otherwise agreed. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a supportive and collaborative process focused on personal development and self-awareness.

It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

 Holistic Therapy Disclaimer

Holistic therapies, including Reiki and Indian Head Massage, are complementary practices designed to support relaxation and well-being.

 Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with care and confidentiality.

Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Packages & Expiry

Where sessions are purchased as part of a package, they must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Details of session validity will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Changes to Services

Services, pricing, and availability may be updated at any time. Any changes will be communicated where relevant.
