Why Indian Head Massage?

Your treatment is carried out in a comfortable seated position and can be performed without oils, making it easy to fit into your day.
The session begins with the upper back, shoulders, and neck to release tension, before moving to the scalp using a combination of soothing and stimulating techniques.
A gentle face and ear massage completes the treatment, leaving you feeling relaxed, lighter, and more balanced.
Each session is a space for you to pause, breathe, and reconnect both physically and energetically.
