Is the discovery call free? Yes, the discovery call is completely free. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space to explore what you’re looking for and see if coaching together feels aligned.
What if I’m not sure what I want to talk about yet? That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. We’ll simply start with what feels most present for you, creating space to explore your thoughts and gently bring clarity.
How do I know which package is right for me? If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to start with a single session or reach out for guidance. Some clients benefit from one session for clarity, while others choose a package for deeper, ongoing support.
Is coaching confidential? Yes, everything you share is held with care, respect, and complete confidentiality. Sessions are a safe and supportive space, guided by professional coaching standards.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session? Yes, of course. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. All details will be shared with you at the time of booking, so you feel fully informed and supported.
Can I combined coaching and Holistic Therapies? Yes. Many clients choose to combine coaching and holistic therapies depending on their needs. This can be discussed when booking to create a supportive approach that feels right for you.
What happens after I submit the booking form? Once your form has been received, I’ll personally review your message and respond via email with the next steps. This may include arranging your discovery call, confirming your session, or sharing further details to support you in getting started.
Is this therapy or counselling? No, coaching is not therapy or counselling. It focuses on the present moment, supporting self-awareness, clarity, and gentle forward movement. It provides a space for reflection and personal growth, rather than the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
How do the sessions work? Each session is a calm, supportive space where we explore what’s currently coming up for you. We’ll focus on your thoughts, patterns, and goals, and work together to create clarity and gentle forward movement at a pace that feels right for you.
Do I need to prepare for my sessions? No preparation is needed, you’re invited to simply arrive as you are. For coaching sessions, you may find it helpful to have a pen and notebook to hand, along with some water to stay hydrated. We’ll begin with a gentle check-in to ensure the session feels supportive and aligned with what you need.
Where will the sessions take place? Coaching sessions are currently held online, allowing you to join from a space where you feel most comfortable. Holistic therapy sessions are offered on a mobile basis, taking place in your home or a suitable agreed location. Further details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.
